| Both Pittsburgh and Carolina have earned the right to be feared. However, our computer model doesn't see either upset occuring. We have Seattle slightly better than Vegas and Denver just about in line. |

| Our computer model has consistently said the Bears aren't as good as their record and this week is no different. CAR by 1, even though Vegas has the Bears by 3. The only catch is that a good defense can win games (as the Redskins showed), but CAR obviously has a defense of their own. Anyways... Denver and Seattle picks are in line with Vegas. That leaves Indy. Our prediction is a bit tighter than Vegas. Enjoy the games. |

| The NY Giants and Tampa Bay Buccaneers are going to need their home field advantage to pull them through to victory. Our lines for those games are in line with Vegas. Our model gives the Jaguars a little more (actually over 4 points) credit than Vegas. Vegas has the Steelers favored on the road and our computer also has the streaking Steelers as the better team. In our view: The Redskins are determined and Gibbs has the team energized and focused. Plus, Carolina finished very strong at Atlanta last week. With those caveats in mind... enjoy the games! |
